Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Spixor pre-alpha environment, including the website, account system, access request flow, dashboard, builder, file handling, exports, share functionality, support channels and update notices.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must verify your email address where required.

3. Access and activation
Access to the pre-alpha may require approval, a single-use activation key and compliance with product rules. Keys may be issued, withheld, suspended or revoked at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
4. Nature of the service
Spixor pre-alpha is an experimental, evolving service. Features, workflows, exports, interface details and access conditions may change, break, pause or be removed at any time.
5. Acceptable use

- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to bypass technical, administrative or access controls.
- Do not use the pre-alpha as a guaranteed production service.
6. User content, files and exports
You retain responsibility for content you upload, create, export or share. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content. Public shares, files and exports may expose content depending on configuration, and you are responsible for what you choose to publish or share.
7. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions or test observations, you grant Spixor the right to use them for product improvement without additional compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Updates, maintenance and interruptions
We may schedule maintenance, updates, hotfixes or emergency changes. This can temporarily block login, interrupt sessions, change workflows or pause access.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, keys, requests, accounts or shares for security reasons, abuse prevention, policy violations, operational requirements or the end of the pre-alpha program, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Except for your own content and as otherwise stated, the Spixor service, branding, software, interfaces and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Spixor or its licensors.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spixor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost business, interrupted access or failed exports arising from use of the pre-alpha.
