What this page covers
This policy applies to the Spixor pre-register page and waitlist only. The full Spixor product has its own policy and will be released along with it.
What we collect
- Email (required) to confirm your waitlist registration and send updates.
- Name / username (optional) if you choose to provide them.
- Basic technical info (e.g., browser user agent) to prevent abuse and debug issues.
How we use it
- To store your waitlist registration.
- To send early-access / product update emails (unsubscribe anytime).
- To protect the site from spam or abuse.
Cookies & local storage
The landing page itself is designed to avoid setting a session cookie. We may use local storage to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers necessary to run email delivery or hosting (when used), under appropriate agreements.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless we must keep certain records for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@spixor.com. You can also request an insight in the current draft of the full product terms and privacy. If you decide not to accept you may request a data deletion via the same email address.
